Hi everyone,
I thought today was the first day of spring? Apparently, someone did not get the memo. Oh we'll, let's just ignore the snow and still celebrate.
Now that spring is here, it's time to get back into outdoor activities, like gardening, biking, even just walking around the block again. As we get back into these activities I see a lot of new and old patients with back and neck issues.
The key to optimal spinal health is really twofold:
- Keep your spine moving and aligned with regular Chiropractic care.
- Improve the stability of the joints with exercise, especially strength training.
There are other important things like a good bed, good shoes, ergonomic work stations, etc., that need to be addressed and I can help with that too, and or steer you in the right direction.
